As the Contract Performance Lead, you will join the Commercial and Planning team to support the public transport network for the Waikato Region. The role involves working with a range of stakeholders and suppliers and is fairly diverse in terms of terms of spend categories.
- Strategic and operational alignment.
- Supplier management and support, operational escalations etc.
- Risk management strategies and action plans.
- Quarterly reviews.
- Contributing to procurement processes and supplier management.
- Contract amendments and service level specifications.
- Cost management and transparency.
- Supporting the other members of the commercial and planning team.

**Mō te tangata | About you**
- You will be energetic, dynamic and innovative, with experience providing procurement support and services to larger organisations.
- An all-round team player, able to help support and cover the overall requirements of the Commercial & Planning team.

**Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience**
- Supplier and contract management experience is essential, preferably from within a procurement focused team with experience in enhancing business capability, delivery efficiencies and alignment.
- Experience with market analysis, outsourcing and service level agreements.
- Commercial judgement and excellent analytical skills.
- Skilled at collaboration and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Logistics / supply chain experience is preferred however not essential.
