**Te mea angitu kei a tatou: The opportunity we have**:
Team Global Express are seeking a Linehaul Administrator. This role will be based in our Head office in Auckland. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration tasks that support the operations and maximise the performance of the business in order to meet and exceed customer and company expectations. To ensure all administration tasks are compliant to their required legislation and completed in a timely, correct and efficient manner.

Additional Key Responsibilities
- Entering consignment note data and Claims administration and reporting
- Take an active role in identifying hazards and unsafe behaviours in your workplace by reporting any hazards and incidents quickly.
- Data Entering, Rating Activity and Checking third party payments.
- Invoice reconciliation and processing and CHEP pallet reconciliation
- Ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with in a professional, accurate, timely and efficient manner.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following key skills and experience:

- Equivalent job-related experience 2 years minimum
- NCEA Level 2/3 or a qualification in a relevant field essential (preferred)
