As an integral part of the Freightways infrastructure, Parceline Express operates our overnight air and road connections within New Zealand. A vital connector, Parceline Express’ network provides the Freightways brand family with dedicated express freight channels between our major cities, main airports and provincial centres. The Parceline Express network is comprised of independent contractors who operate linehaul trucks, cargo aircraft from third party suppliers and five sort/transit hubs that all combine to provide the entire Freightways group with a dedicated national freight network to support the express package business.

**What you will do**:
We are seeking a proactive individual with strong customer focus and a background in Administration and Health and safety. Reporting directly to the National manager, you will be the key link between Finance, Admin, and Operations.

This is a Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday 40 hours guaranteed.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders providing top notch customer service and operational excellence.
- Production of key reports for Health and Safety and KPI commentary.
- Process compliance, supplier, contractor, and customer information
- Take ownership when it comes to Health and Safety processes and ensure all measures and reporting requirements are followed.
- Other administration tasks as needed

**What you will have**:

- Excellent time management and organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving especially when it comes to Customer experience
- Detail orientated and use your initiative to explore new ideas and opportunities
- Computer literacy and Tech Savvy
- Have excellent communication skills -both written and verbal
- The ability to take ownership and lead the team on compliance guidelines, requirements, and standards.
