- Skills & experience- Previous sole hotel revenue manager OR reservations supervisor or manager with yield management exposure.
- Yield management strategy and execution
- Strong report writing, analysis and recommendation rationale
- Strategic and tactical revenue and inventory management
- Full suite of Microsoft Office with outstanding Excel skills
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Experience and high level on competence with Revenue Management Systems
- Experience within large to mid-sized independent hospitality organisations
- Project management and decision making
- Time management and prioritization.
- Property Management Configuration and Front Line level knowledge; preferably Mews.
- A passion for using data to uncover trends and opportunities, make and implement recommendations, perform split tests, analyse results and optimize performance
- Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking
- Ability to deciding and Initiating Action
- Passion for persuading and Influencing
