- Key responsibilities:
- Complete bank reconciliation daily
- Processing AP invoices and payment as required
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
- Set up new suppliers and maintain as required
- Complete debtor invoicing, receipting and offset payments
- Match cost of goods sold invoices for monthly reporting procedures
- Weekly and monthly sales reporting
- Box office reporting
- General finance duties

- Skills & experience- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently and meet agreed deadlines.
- Reliable and dependable.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Understanding of accounting concepts.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite particularly skilled in excel.
