Make you move.- About the role- The Guest service agent is a key member of the Front Office team responsible for exceptional service to every guest who comes through our doors:
- Your typical day will include some of the following:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times, ensuring guests’ comfort, safety & privacy
- Maintain effective communication at all times, among the team and between departments
- Always be up to date and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain quality service delivery of front office operation by adhering to the established policies and procedures.
- Follow and complete all checklists/tasks efficiently and report any difficulties immediately to the Supervisor.
- As the first point of contact for the Hotel, you are guest-driven and enjoy exceeding guests’ expectations.

- Previous reception experience in a hotel/resort environment will be beneficial however full training will be provided on-site.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
