The Role
Based in Wellington you will manage a great existing portfolio who utilise MediaWorks Digital, Radio, and Out of and Home to market their business.
The Role
- Key Account Management
- Lead generation and new business development
- Increasing MediaWorks' revenue share and growing your client portfolio by implementing strategies to meet clients objectives
- Invest in and enjoy building trusted long term relationship with our clients
- Achieve targets & KPIs
- Creation of customised solutions to assist clients achieve success to grow both their business and MediaWorks within the wider Wellington area.
- Update customer and sales information into Salesforce
About You
- 5+ years experience in Account Management and Sales
- Managing a broad portfolio of clients in either Media or another fast paced industry
- Proven track of hitting sales targets and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong relationship builder with ability nurturer trusted long term relationships
- An understanding of the sales process, excellent time management and organisation skills
- Driven to succeed by finding new opportunities and delivering excellence
- Confident communication skills
- Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines under pressure
- Enjoy being part of a team and collaborating with others to all succeed, learn and grow
