As the largest group of Mitre 10 stores in Auckland, we aspire to offer the very best service to our customers and that is where you come in

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will have full accountability through a team of leaders for the following departments: Outdoor Furniture, BBQs, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Lighting and Checkouts.

**Our ideal applicant is likely to have the following experience, but we are open to other transferable skills**:

- 3+ years retail management experience preferably in a very high turnover environment preferred.
- Delivering the retail basics: availability, pricing, exceptional service and eye catching merchandising.
- Strong administrator.
- Leadership experience and a track record in engaging, motivating, and developing your teams to provide exceptional customer service.
- Unafraid to make decisions in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.

Our group, Riviera Hardware Holdings, started out in 2009 with a small local Mitre 10 store in Warkworth. We have grown to be the largest group of stores within the Mitre 10 national network. We are proud to offer our customers a shopping experience like no other in New Zealand’s largest hardware retail store in Mitre 10 MEGA Albany. We also own Mitre 10 MEGA New Lynn, Warkworth, Whangaparaoa and Silverdale. We also have our own Distribution Centre and our own House Frame Manufacturing Plant. We even have our own import business.
