Market Insights Manager

**What You'll do**

Foster market and customer data-driven decisions across the organization. Influence Tait's future product development priorities, guiding our Senior Leaders, key decision makers and stakeholders with strategic analysis, market forecasting, market entry strategies, market validation and positioning, customer/channel/ consultant insights, and deep analytical expertise:

- Deliver global and regional market reports comprising market profiling, market size, addressable market, competitive intelligence, segmented target market updates, market forecasting, identify new or adjacent markets.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to ensure that the product and marketing efforts are based on the needs of our target markets.
- Provide strategic decision advice - synthesize and present project-based and ad-hoc research and business analytics to structure, inform and drive critical business decisions within the Tait organization, globally and regionally.
- Manage a market research budget and evaluate/procure representative LMR industry reports.
- Lead all global survey efforts including execution and analysis of customer (NPS) and dealer satisfaction & engagement.

**What You'll Bring**:

- 8+ years experience working in a market research or market insights related function.
- B2B business experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports.
- Strong ability to synthesize key market and customer insights from a variety of sources and inform internal stakeholders, through excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Recognized ability to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders, including product management and marketing teams, engineering, services, and regional teams to achieve your objectives.
- Communicative leader who brings clarity to the mission through visualization of goals and milestones, and inspires team members to achieve them through individual engagement and coaching.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
- Project management experience - ability to keep stakeholders informed and projects moving to meet deadlines.
