A newly created position, you will join our senior leadership team, working with our Charge Nurse Manager + team of 22, which is made up of Registered + Enrolled Nurses + Health Care Assistants. You will ensure provision of safe and effective nursing care to meet the needs of patients, their family/whanau and our community.

- Registration with the Nursing Council of NZ with current Practising Certificate-
- Strongly developed clinical + assessment skills-
- Be a motivated, dynamic + enthusiastic individual with great people skills-
- Desire to lead and motivate teams-

- Our emergency department provides a 10 bed consultant-led department engaging with approximately 15,000 patients per year. Together with the Charge Nurse Manager and team of 22, comprised of Registered + Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Assistants, you will be part of a force who ensure safe and effective nursing care for patients, whanau + our community.
