**The Role**

Based in Christchurch, this regional role is responsible for managing our branches from Nelson to Invercargill. You will be responsible for all sales and operational aspects of the business and representing a premium brand in New Zealand's materials handling industry.

Reporting to the General Manager and with 4 direct reports, your solution focus approach will see you build winning relationships and drive growth within the business area. As a natural people person, you will enjoy working alongside your team to bring out their full potential and your commercial acumen will ensure that you can manage budgets and maintain a close eye on the financial performance of the branches through effective analysis, reporting and action.
