**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**

**Mōu | Who You Are**
You will have experience in tutoring relevant field preferably at University level. You will also have demonstrated experience, or potential, in developing teaching resources, and demonstrated experience in marking assessment. An enthusiasm for supporting students and teaching, excellent communication skills (both written and oral), bi-cultural competence, effective time management and IT skills are a must. Essential qualifications/experience required for appointment to these roles would include:

- postgraduate qualification (Master's preferred) relevant to education
- previous teaching experience, ideally at tertiary level
- previous experience in the courses listed above is preferred, but not essential. Ability to teach both conceptual and entry-level quantitative topics in management is highly desired.

The preferred applicant will be expected to:

- contribute to teaching practice/practicums of students within the programme
- contribute to relevant administrative tasks.
