**What you'll be doing**:
- Drive the development of a strong Lightspeed Partner community in APAC, focusing on retail and hospitality sectors.
- Shape and execute partnership development strategies, identifying and prospecting new partners aligned with Lightspeed's goals.
- Manage inbound and outbound partner outreach, including website leads and industry event connections, to expand the partner network.
- Oversee partner onboarding, training, integration, and go-to-market strategies, from contract negotiation to implementation.
- Evaluate and drive market share growth, increase brand awareness, and boost sales for Lightspeed products.
- Provide regular reporting and forecasting to keep leadership and partners informed.
**What you need to bring**:
- Prior sales experience in software sales (retail or restaurant software experience is a bonus but not needed)
- Proven experience in prospecting and outbound sales, from initiating discovery meetings to negotiating contracts and onboarding.
- Ability to manage strategic relationships across various levels of organisations, including product, technology, support, and business.
- Good understanding of partner channel dynamics, from strategy to sales and implementation.
