**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Travel Coordinator to join our busy and passionate travel team. This is a fast paced environment, which requires great attention to detail and communication skills. You’ll be able to demonstrate that you are well-organised, excellent at multitasking, hungry to learn and able to cope well under pressure.
**About you -Te Rongoā**
An administrative whiz, perhaps with some project-related experience, you’ll be eager to make your mark and add value. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, you’ll be calmly efficient and able to multi-task with flair Approachable, proactive, curious to learn and responsive in delivering, you’ll thrive where you have variety and enjoy meeting people across the team and the wider business.
- Responsible for the coordination and booking of new travel requests and changes
- Develop relationships with external travel agencies to facilitate domestic and international travel
- Arrange both individual and volume/project based travel and accommodation requests
- Build rapport and communicate across all levels of our business
- Accurate record keeping and reporting
