The Role:
Key Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance metrics, financial data, market trends, and other relevant factors to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement performance improvement strategies, initiatives, and action plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate performance indicators and benchmarks to track progress, identify deviations from targets, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide timely and accurate reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management, highlighting performance trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads and teams to establish performance goals, KPIs, and targets aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, improve resource allocation, and enhance overall business performance.
- Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma Methodology or similar.
- Proven experience in a similar role, such as Business Performance Manager, Operations Manager, or Business Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, deep knowledge of Supply and Demand Management, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using business intelligence tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset and a drive for results.
