**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The RMO Support service is seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator to recruit and support the RMOs within Waikato Hospital. This is a fulltime permanent position. It presents the right person with an excellent opportunity to be involved in an exciting and challenging work environment.

This key recruitment role includes:

- Coordinating recruitment activities for our RMOs advertising through to on boarding
- Ensure the appointment of RMOs is compliant with relevant processes, policies and legislative requirements, including Medical Council, Immigration, and employment legislation
- Assist with the development of recruitment processes and strategies to enhance the District’s ability to recruit RMOs to meet future workforce needs.
- Building strong and supportive relationships with our RMO workforce enabling retention

The RMOSS team is an integral support service for our RMOs. We are responsible for employment, deployment, support and co-ordination of RMOs in Waikato District right throughout their time with us.

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

- Be well organised and have excellent attention to detail
- Be highly skilled at context switching and multi-tasking
- Be highly competent in computer literacy including Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel
- Have previous recruitment experience, preferably in the medical field
- Be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels
- Able to work with high volumes of work while maintaining quality
- Be self-directed and able to meet critical deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience or interest in healthcare
- Problem solving and initiative
- An attitude of continuous improvement
