Job description

We are currently seeking for ICT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN to join our highly professional team with the ability to learn tasks quickly and has strong people skills.

**The Role**:
In this role you will report directly to the Manager. An IT Administrator will be responsible for core operations of company.
- Installation, repair and configuration of computer, Laptops, Mobile Phone Hardware & Software, Printers.
- Design & Implementing computer networks.
- Systems and network support and maintenance.
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade network for company.
- Define network policies and the procedures.
- Maintain Print Production Server like of Fiery, Sai Flexi and Onyx.
- Design & Implement CCTV security system.
- Maintain and security updates to Corporate and Customer websites.
- Learn, upgrade and search for solutions out in the market to solve company’s and customers computer requirement.
- Assist in creating a structured approach to rolling out new hardware or software, including procurement, testing and assessing the needs of user trainees.

In order to be considered for this role, the following key requirements must be demonstrated:
Installs, maintains, and supports security specific network hardware, software, and peripherals in accordance with Client’s directives.

Strong understanding of advanced security solutions and best practices. Industry recognized certifications preferred.

Hands-on experience installing and supporting modern operating systems (Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2008/2012, android and ios).

Must have relevant IT / Networking qualifications and work experience of 2 years.

Its a full time role and the successful applicant will be required to manage the entire IT Company and customers IT work.
