Ict Sales Technician

The IT Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and
software components to ensure their usability. They troubleshoot hardware and software issues,
ensuring that electrical safety standards are met. Additionally, they repair or replace damaged
hardware and upgrade the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers and
Mobiles. Installing and upgrading anti-virus software is also part of their responsibilities to ensure
security at the user level. The IT Technician performs tests and evaluations of new software and
hardware, providing support to users and acting as the first point of contact for error reporting. They
establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues, customers and ensuring effective
communication. Daily backup operations and management of technical documentation are essential
tasks within this role.
**Requirements**:
qualifications:
- Must have bachelor’s or master’s degrees in IT or relevant studies in IT
- Must have at least 2+ years of experience in Customer services/IT environment/retail/trade
or relevant.
- Must have good knowledge of Mobile or Laptop repairing (on job training will be provided to
sharp skills).
- Must be Drug free or Alcohol addiction free.
- Flexible to work/travel in our Auckland or Waikato Businesses when required (Travel cost
will be covered).
- Built good relationship with suppliers in order to maintain IT hardware stock & accessories
stock accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical
information (Background must be from English medium studies or must have relevant
english test for e.g IELTS, TOEFL,PTE)
- Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Proficiency in database programming and software installation.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate implementation and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving skills to address issues effectively and efficient.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
