Job Description:
As the ICT Project Manager at IT Fox Solutions, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the alignment of projects with organizational goals and client expectations.
You will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of ICT projects, driving innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy:

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial goals are met.
Identify and communicate potential budget risks and mitigation strategies.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Conduct thorough risk assessments for each project, identifying potential challenges and developing mitigation plans.
Proactively address issues to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
Address stakeholder concerns and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain project quality standards.

Timeline Management:

Monitor project timelines and milestones, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely project completion.
Implement agile project management methodologies to adapt to evolving project requirements.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
Provide comprehensive project reports to leadership and stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in budget management and risk assessment.
Familiarity with software development and ICT services is a plus.
