**Agile Coach**

**Here's what you'll do in this job**:

- Deliver amazing outcomes aligned to 2degerees' strategic goals, for each other and for our customers
- Educate, coach and mentor team members in agile ways of working
- Guide development teams and business groups to higher agile maturity, jumping in as a Scrum Master when needed
- Foster an improvement mindset across teams and wider organisation
- Empower and support teams to implement changes effectively
