As Agile Team Facilitator you’ll ensure the continuous productivity, continuous improvement, culture and craft development of our Engineering teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate a standard approach to Agile across the organization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Facilitate company wide use and value of Agile ways of working outlined by Head of Project Management.
- Ensure teams are using workflow tools (Jira) correctly, consistently etc. to enable transparency of work and team performance.
- Review projects and assist Product Owners and Managers in maintaining a meaningful product backlog.
- Elicit escalations from the teams and action them appropriately.
- Build meaningful relationships with Engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Support the future of ways of working at Futureverse.
- Prioritise asynchronous and remote Agile ways of working in a collaborative manner to support our remote workforce.
- Build teams ways of working capabilities to create high-quality, consistent, and on-time delivery of work.
- Ensure continuous improvement practices are embedded within teams.

**Requirements**:

- People centered approach, able to create a learning and growth orientated environment.
- Continuous improvement lens using research and experimentation.
- Empathy and understanding and an ability to flex your own approach to the needs of others.
- Natural risk identification and mitigation lens that does not slow progress.
- Certified Scrum Coach/Master or equivalent experience.
- We are only considering applicants based in Australasia.
