At IAG, we’re seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. For us, agility isn't just about adapting to change swiftly; it's about cultivating effective ways of working. In this role, you'll actively contribute to driving agility in the design and implementation of our transformation delivery agenda across our NZ portfolios.

As an Agile Coach, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our NZ portfolios from a delivery perspective. Your responsibilities include ensuring consistent ways of working through agile practices, addressing challenges to enhance efficiency, and fostering stakeholder relationships. Your influence will be instrumental in driving strategic and proactive changes, identifying areas for improvement, and devising effective solutions to enhance our overall delivery capabilities.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in agile practices, capable of building and influencing stakeholder relationships. Your strategic mindset, proactive approach, and ability to identify and implement positive changes will be key to our success. This position is available as a permanent full-time role, open to IAG offices across New Zealand. While the role is open to various locations, the preferred location is Auckland. **Ōu Pūkenga | About You**
- Commitment to continuous learning and engagement with the Agile community.
- Tertiary qualification in business or equivalent.
- Relevant industry qualifications such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Coaching certification (highly valued but not mandatory).
- Broad understanding of business and technology architecture.
- Line management experience of agile and project professionals.
- Familiarity with HCD, CX, UX, Design Thinking, and professional services.
