We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active HR professional to join our friendly team on a full-time basis in our office located in Mt. Wellington, Auckland. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this role will be responsible for assisting with the full employee lifecycle.

**The role**:
This position is responsible for all administration associated with HR processes, including managing all recruitment needs for the business, preparation of employment contracts and other employee related documents, onboarding & induction, maintaining employee records and updating of the HRIS database system. You will be providing assistance and guidance to managers and employees in following policies and procedures, acting as a point of contact for HR admin related queries, and other employee related adhoc tasks.

The role also includes assistance with Training and Health & Safety administration, when required and back up support of the Payroll Administrator.

**Key Skills required for this role**:

- Previous experience in Recruitment & HR Administration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond aptly to sensitive situations
- Strong planning, time management and organisational skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Previous experience in Workday is advantageous
- Knowledge of current employment legislation
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business Administration
