Exciting opportunity has come up for a HR/office administrator to start work with this modern well-known brand

Located conveniently close to Ellerslie. This is a Monday to Friday, full time permanent position office based.

**About the role**:
This role interacts with different internal stakeholders across the business to ensure that you get to make this role your own. HR, H & S compliances, office administration is 70% of the role.
- Assisting Branches with HR practices and processes
- Writing job ads
- Assisting in the recruitment process
- Manage visa and NZ Immigration compliance
- Scheduling of meetings
- Create employment agreements for new employees
- Inductions
- Manage apprentice programmes
- Assist branches with H & S process
- Scheduling and minuting
- And much more

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proficient in business writing
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Solid organisational skills
- Must love dogs

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
