We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and maximize commission earnings. This is your chance to showcase your sales leadership skills and unleash your earning potential

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to team members to ensure success.
- Collaborate with senior management to set realistic sales targets and track progress towards goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a focus on achieving monthly targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a passion for driving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in commission-based sales roles preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
