**About the role**:
Reporting to the Insights Capability Lead, the Performance Reporting Specialist is responsible for supporting the redesign, delivery and continuous improvement of our organisational performance measures. You will build, enhance and manage ongoing reports, dashboards and insights to identify how we are performing against our strategy, ensure we meet ministerial reporting requirements, and support our people to act with confidence.

**You**:

- Passion to design and deliver reports and insights that proactively drive better decision-making.
- 5+ years’ experience in a data insights analyst or performance reporting role with an excellent track record
- 5+ years’ experience with using both SQL to deliver business insights and also highly proficient at using PowerBI to build and maintain dashboards
- Strong quantitative analysis skills essential with a high proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to plan work and meet deadlines is a must, with demonstrated experience using digital tools to manage workload and workflow projects such as Trello, JIRA, Smartsheets

Your core role is the delivery of timely and high quality reporting to the monitoring agency, the executive team and product owners. You will ensure quarterly and annual compliance with Statement of Performance Expectations, and deliver organisational performance updates, identifying early indicators of risk and delivering critical intelligence.
