**About The Role**
- This role is focused on preparing our business units for their migration to SAP by ensuring they have the same visibility they enjoy today while also helping in adoption and building the skills of our business teams.

This role will be an integral part of the B&I Reporting team & directly reports to the B&I Reporting Lead. Key relationships will be with key people in the Project Process Squads, other project team members, Business Stakeholders as well as Vendors, Consultants/Contractors. The ability to ask the right questions, analyse & assess business units reporting needs through consultation is imperative to this role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with key business users and stakeholders to elicit specific Business Unit reporting requirement.Prepare a business for SAP migration through a current state assessment
- Provide hands on support to Business Units in the post go support period to ensure they can access reports and save customised views as required
- Develop, publish and manage design documentation used in the development of reports
- Work with the Documentation team to develop and publish critical end user documentation along with technical documentation needed to support the enterprise solution
- Support end user training activities as required. This may include documentation development, test environment setup as well as management and delivery to end users.
- Support end users in identifying efficiency opportunities to garner value from delivered SAP solutions
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the project and wider Fletcher Building to support knowledge sharing, collaboration and team activities
- Work with external suppliers of products and services used to deliver solutions to the business divisions.

**About You**
- A solid background in a Functional Business Analyst level role
- Previous experience in data visualisation tools and data analytics systems advantageous but not essential
- Previous S4 Hana experience in working with Fiori and embedded analytics advantageous
- Experience working on IT projects during the build, implementation and deployment phases
- Tertiary qualification in business or technology
