As a Managing Partner, you can engage in a distribution partnership with the Global Business and grow the New Zealand landscape. You will be passionate about working in partnership. You will be willing to develop your team in the NZ market to deliver this work by engaging our global team and also our supportive Head Office Operations team. We will be investing in you as a Managing Partner with training, systems, website, etc. You will be brining your passion and expertise to build the business and make a significant impact on people you and your team support.

**Additionally you will be able to set up our Best Fit Recruitment business as a division of your work, our Heart Counts HR program, and onsell our Media solution.**
