You will build an in-depth understanding of the agencies in your portfolio, their business and procurement needs and their strategic direction. You’ll develop and document strategies to maximise the uptake of All-of-Government offerings by government agencies and those agencies not actively engaged in the NZGP programme. This also includes identifying areas where NZGP can modify the services / products to provide better outcomes.
The Account Manager acts as a facilitator bringing the appropriate skills and resources together to meet the needs of the agency.

- Experience professionally representing an organisation to senior levels across government or the private sector.
- High degree of political nous and a strong working knowledge of the machinery of government.
- Considerable experience in dealing with ambiguity in a complex and dynamic environment.
