Office and Payroll Clerk

S&N Enterprises Ltd based in Tauranga is looking for an Office Clerk to join our team. We require an Office and Payroll Clerk with long-term employment opportunities. As an Office Clerk, you will be managing the company website on a daily basis, looking after employment agreements and Payroll. In this role, you will be able to work from home and should be available only when needed.
**Criteria**:
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Being responsible for the quality and completion of own tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and requests as directed
- Basic computer skills
**Tasks Include**:
- updating information on leave taken and accumulated, employment history, salaries, superannuation and taxation, qualifications and training
- raising records for newly appointed workers and checking records for completeness
- sending out announcements of job openings and job examinations
- mainting the company website on daily basis and sending out the daily data to supervisor to print.
- creating files for new employees to record payroll data
- maintaining and updating files for existing employees to record information such as employee contact details, leave taken, overtime, promotions, transfers, tax deductions, health insurance payments and superannuation
- preparing payroll data from time sheets and other payroll and personnel records
- processing payment of wages and salaries
**Salary**: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
