Our Client is looking for an experienced Administration Coordinator to assist the clinic director in all aspects of Administration.

Aim of the position
- To provide a high-quality office administration service to clients, their famalies, health professionals and staff members of the Clinic in Tauranga.
- To successfully deliver on projects as assigned to meet company's objectives.
- To oversee the company's computer programs and provide the highest level of suppport and training to staff members on these.
- To oversee and deliver on the company's marketing initiatives including management of the company website and social media platforms.

Other Requirements
- To be able to work within the policies, procedures and principles of the clinic.
- Knowledge and commitment of the principles and articles of the Treaty of Waitangi.
- To be able to maintain respect and tolerance of a wide variety of personalities.

Key Tasks Include
- Administration Support: Personal and executive support.
- Computer Programs: Manage company software programs, First level escalation for office systems.
- Marketing: Marketing plans and implementation.
- Financial Administration: Management of Accounts Payable, Petty Cash, Records, Payroll, Charities.
- Quality Assurance: Coordinates the policy review process, Document Control.
- Project Management: Manages assigned projects.

Person Specification
- Passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service and support.
- Intermidiate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Strong Written communication skills.
- Project Administration experience.
- Previous experience in Accounting, Marketing or Administration
- Experience working in the Health or Public sector preferred.
- Being proficient with Xero software.
- Being proficient using publisher or similar program.
- Tech savvy and experienced using social media in a business capacity.
- Excellent time and stess management skills.
