**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for 5x Customer Care Case Coordinators to join the team. The key purpose of this role is to be the main focal point for the coordination of VIP correspondence and second level, escalated, complaint management. This involves assessing, assigning and acknowledging all incoming formal customer communication.

Another key aspect of this role is assessing and responding to customer feedback in line with our values and advocating for the best outcomes for the people of Tāmaki Makaurau.

You'll work collaboratively with team members and a variety of stakeholders to manage the reputation of Auckland Transport as appropriate by alerting/escalating trending information. The team is supportive, fun and engaging so if you're looking for a dynamic and challenging role where you will grow as an individual then this is the role for you

- Work across all levels of the organisation including the political environment
- Good understanding MS Office, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good problem-solving skills (able to give clear concise explanations on any topic)
- Maintain a good understanding of Transports policy, procedures and practices
- Confident in establishing internal and external relationships
- Liaising with senior managers and executives across AT to ensure customer trends are understood
