Looking for a receptionist to join a collaborative team in Auckland's inner suburbs.

Temporary opportunity with the potential to go permanent

**Your new role**
- Answer incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate person
- Welcome all guests and clients at the front desk
- Manage incoming mail
- Issuing memberships and inputting relevant data through the companies CRM system
- Assisting with administrative overflow from the wider business
- Working closely with the office manager
- Take part in charity events

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Looking for a good communicator - must have excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent phone manor
- Friendly and personable
- Understanding of the hospitality industry (desirable by not essential)
