Auckland Council's Waste Solutions team is looking for a Customer Response Coordinator to join the team, supporting all waste management and minimisation contracts.
You will provide exemplary, accurate, and responsive end-to-end customer-friendly services ensuring all records and information are current and actioned within agreed timeframes for bin & bag services. You will ensure a timely resolution of all assigned complaints and enquires from customers.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**
To be successful in this role you will need to have similar experience, ideally from within a large and complex organisation.
It is critical you have intermediate to advanced level excel skills, as this role involves a high level of data analysis using excel functions like V-lookup and formulas, sorting and filtering data.

We will also be looking for:

- Experience working with stakeholders and contractors, building collaborative relationships
- Impeccable attention to detail is required as you will be tasked with database management, reporting & analysing case management
- Experience juggling a lot of different tasks at one time
