**What is the Opportunity?**

A great opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and professional **Customer Service Coordinator (Purchasing)** reporting to the National Operations Manager to join our high achieving team based in Auckland NZ.

The role of the Customer Service Coordinator is to provide support to Arjo customers and clients across New Zealand. The Customer Service Coordinators are part of the Operations team and works closely and collaboratively with Sales, Rentals and Aftermarket.

**We are looking for a person to**:

- Purchasing materials to required specification at the best price, quality, quantity and delivery requirements.
- Handle distributor requests, customer queries and general customer support.
- Sales, service and purchase orders are processed in the system in an accurate method.
- Determining the source of supply, arrange quotations and manage supplier conformance with requirements.
- Coordination of stock levels according to production forecasts.
- Liaising with warehouse and operations personnel as required.
- Finalising details of orders and deliveries.
- Order follow up and tracking ETAs.
- Master data maintenance, including price reviews & new part number creation.
- Willingness to learn forecasting, planning and procurement.
- Develop and establish a thorough understanding of Arjo products, features and brand.
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt and efficient manner and respond to requests in a knowledgeable and helpful approach ensuring customer satisfaction.

**The skills you will need**:

- 1-2 year’s work experience in administration with exposure to purchasing (an advantage but not essential).
- Business Management, Marketing Student or recent graduate
- Administration and Customer Service skills
- Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers (advantageous or willing to learn).
- Microsoft Office experience (PPT, Word, Excel)
- Medical industry or SAP experience not essential, training provided
- Good verbal and written communication skills
