**Responsibilities**:
- Create social media creatives.
- Plan social media content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Upload newsletters to MailChimp monthly.
- Schedule and book monthly meetings for all clients.
- Arrange conference room bookings for in-person or client meetings on office days.
- Attend meetings with clients and take meeting notes.
- Add action points from meetings as individual tasks in Asana.
- Follow up with clients on meeting action points.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure their satisfaction during the first month.
- Request testimonials and Google reviews from clients monthly.
- Prepare questions for quarterly surveys and send them to clients.
- Organise team days quarterly.
- Maintain the tidiness of clients' Asana boards.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including managing folders and maintaining branded documents.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and tools.
- Practical written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take the initiative.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential. A good attitude, quick learning,& high attention to detail will be key to your success.
