The role of the Supply Chain Team is to provide the best supply chain solutions for the healthcare system through efficient procurement and purchasing of goods and services to meet end user requirements through collaborative engagement and relationship management.

Are you an experienced administrator with an interest in purchasing?

Working in a small team, you will take responsibility for the efficient purchasing of goods and services in order to meet end user requirements. This will include liaising with end users to ensure purchase orders are raised effectively, reviewing outstanding purchase orders, liaising with suppliers to ensure deliveries are received as required and accounts payable to ensure invoices are paid correctly.

Your warm, friendly approach and excellent interpersonal skills will shine through, as will your compassionate nature and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. This is a varied role so your ability to organise and multi-task in a busy environment, coupled with your desire to help those around you will quickly see you succeed in this position.

Experience with Oracle would be an advantage in this role however training will be provided. We are looking for an all-round team player that is not afraid to pitch in and help in other areas when needed to get the job done. This role would suit an experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail and an interest in purchasing. Some exposure to a purchasing environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
