**The Opportunity**

Supporting our Managing Director for New Zealand, you will be the trusted support and advisor. This is a diverse role where no two days will be the same; the ability to think on your feet using your initiative in an environment that moves fast and changes often is key We are looking for someone to join us who can:

- Use your judgement to optimise how our leaders spend their time, ensuring balance and focusing on the most important goals.
- Be two steps ahead, operating in a 3-6 month planning timescale, proactively managing demanding diaries and schedules internally and externally.
- Liaise with senior-level internal and external contacts, screening and prioritising incoming communications, dealing with routine issues and coordinating more complex responses, ensuring these are delivered promptly and effectively.
- Manage and organise events and meetings, including curating agendas, booking venues, travel, and accommodation.
- Build strong relationships across teams, the company, and the outside world to help get things done quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with a strong support team of administrators and business support partners who come together as one team.

You are energetic with excellent business acumen and highly developed interpersonal skills; you have liaised with internal staff members and external clients, building solid and lasting relationships at all

levels. As an experienced Executive Assistant, you pride yourself on your organisational and system skills, embracing technology and new ways of doing things. You will be efficient, pay attention to detail, and have a proactive approach to tasks.
