**Te Tūranga - The Role**:
Our IT Service Desk team is working on a list of high impact work and we need your help You will:

- Support with general Service Desk duties.
- Assist with laptop replacements for Windows 11.
- Take inventory of our assets and the management of our IT equipment.
- Help maintain service quality levels across our offices.

You’ll be joining the Service Desk team. We are a vibrant team dedicated to providing excellent technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organisation. Joining this team offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like Windows 11 and generative AI and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with systems such as Azure AD, Cisco Webex integrated with Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

**Ngā Pūkenga, ngā wheako - Your Skills & Experience**:

- Currently studying or plan to commence study towards an Information Technology Diploma Level 5 or Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
- Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office/365 products.
- Be customer focused with a great attitude.
- Hold a current full driver’s licence.

This position will be located in Whakatāne or Tauranga.
