**About the role**:
We have an opening for a Strategy Analyst to join our Office of Technology team. The Office of Technology partners with teams and senior leaders throughout ASB to keep an eagle eye over what's happening, and produce reports across governance, risk, compliance, and milestones to help keep our board, executive team and regulators in the know.

As a Strategy Analyst, you'll report to our Chapter Lead - Governance & Assurance and support collaboration with the Senior Manager - Technology Office, Chief Technology Officer and teams throughout Tech & Ops and ASB to help deliver reporting and governance initiatives, financial planning and tracking and technology strategy.

You'll be all about the IT Governance process. Your days will vary from supporting the end-to-end co-ordination for various Technology & Operations (T&O) committees to tracking the delivery and finances of ASB's Technology initiatives.

**About you**:
This position plays a significant role in supporting ASB's T&O governance. To succeed, you will lean into your stakeholder management skills. You will work collaboratively with your team to support ASB T&O's executives and complete associated tasks. You're a strong communicator and can distil information quickly and prioritise accordingly. It will be key that you are able to think conceptually and analytically as you support key initiatives and reporting. **As a starter for success, we'd love some of the following skills and experience**:

- Experience with risk, compliance, and/or governance, preferably within financial services
- Strong people and communication skills with the ability to be able to influence and work with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to effectively manage your time and prioritise tasks
- An analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Savvy reporting and paper writing skills - these can go up to the board, so they need to be articulate and credible
