**Team Makeup**:

**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Software Analyst to join our team. This role encompasses the responsibilities of a Software Tester and Business Analyst.

From a testing standpoint, you will be heavily involved in designing, documenting, and automating tests to ensure the software meets the required standards. Additionally, your commercial knowledge and experience will be utilized to collaborate with the clients Developers, Product Owners, Stream Owners, and clients. This collaboration will involve eliciting requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing deployment.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Refining business requirements and specifying conditions that the software needs to meet
- Performing Quality Assurance by designing and executing automated software tests
- Leading manual testing efforts and supporting Developers with test automation
- Regularly demonstrating working software to clients and incorporating feedback from Developers and Product Owners
- Managing the process of releasing changes

**Skills and Experience**:

- 7+ years of experience as a Software Quality Analyst
- Recent experience in a Senior or Lead Quality Analyst role
- Commercial experience and knowledge to define the criteria for a completed project, with proven experience in eliciting requirements
- Technical troubleshooting skills, including log file analysis and basic data analysis
- Relevant experience in designing test strategies and plans based on acceptance criteria
- Experience collaborating with clients to define user stories and confirm acceptance criteria
- Proficiency in analyzing data to draw meaningful business conclusions
- Experience with data visualization techniques and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
