**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Analyst specializing in System Implementation to join our dynamic team. The Project Analyst will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of various systems across our organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand system requirements and objectives.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Excel and similar
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for system implementation projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and ensure smooth execution of implementation plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine system configurations and functionalities.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including user manuals, technical specifications, and process workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and processes.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
- Experience working in the infrastructure services industry or Telco industry is preferred but not required.
