At Abano Healthcare, we’re seeking a skilled **Marketing Analyst** to take our marketing strategy to the next level. This is your chance to drive data-powered initiatives for three of our leading dental brands—**Lumino**, **Maven**, and **1300 Smiles**. If you're passionate about turning data into actionable insights and crafting marketing strategies that fuel growth and enhance customer experiences, this role is for you.

You’ll collaborate closely with the **CMO** and cross-functional teams, guiding marketing decisions through deep data analysis. Your insights will shape our customer acquisition strategies, retention efforts, and optimize ROI.
- Analyze marketing data from diverse sources to evaluate campaign performance, and provide insights that drive patient acquisition and retention.
- Create advanced reporting dashboards and presentations for the CMO and senior leaders.
- Recommend strategies for digital, social, search, and offline channels, focusing on maximizing ROI and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Dive deep into patient behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, CRM, and product teams to drive patient engagement and retention.
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs like lead generation, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Utilize predictive analytics and data modeling to forecast marketing outcomes and support budget planning.
- Stay updated on the latest healthcare marketing trends and analytics tools, bringing fresh insights to the table.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing**, **Data Analytics**, **Business**, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years in a data-driven marketing role, ideally within healthcare or multi-site businesses.
- Expertise in analytics tools like **Google Analytics**, **Tableau**, **Power BI**, and advanced Excel.
- Ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics, data modeling, and forecasting.
