**What will you do?**

We are looking for a change manager to join our technology team and ensure the smooth rollout of a new construction project management tool. You will play a vital role in ensuring we meet key deliverables by engaging the right people, at the right time, in the most effective way. In this role, you will set the change strategy by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness & identifying / managing anticipated resistance. You will be the face of the product, building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and empowering them, so they feel confident when using the new software
**Who are you?**
- You have experience executing change management programmes from design to embedment
- You have a track record in building engagement and change adoption plans, communicating appropriately with all key stakeholders
- You will have experience successfully creating and delivering training material
