**Mo te tunga | About the role**
The National Intelligence Centre (NIC) is looking for a Management Assistant Coordinator to support the NIC senior leadership team and the wider NIC. The NIC provides intelligence leadership and support to all of Police, and ensures national consistency in the processes, products and staffing of intelligence. The NIC is made up of five workgroups (Collections, Analytics and Intelligence Operations, High Risk Targeting Team, Fusion Group and Capability and Innovation).
In this role no day is the same and we are looking for someone who is adaptable with strong initiative and great people skills to support the work of the NIC.

To be eligible for this position, you **must**be able to obtain and maintain a **TOP SECRET**national security clearance.
The minimum criteria for this level of national security clearance is:
NZ Citizen who has resided continuously in NZ for the last **10** years, or:
- A Permanent Resident who has resided continuously in NZ for the last **10** years, or
- A citizen of or has resided continuously in one or more of the following countries **for the last 10** **years**: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, or United States of America, and has a background that can be verified by the NZSIS.
