We have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator to join our team based at our East Tamaki Branch.

**The role**

Your key responsibilities will be to provide excellence in customer services for Waste Management’s customer-base, by answering customer enquiries/requests, scheduling daily work for operators, monitoring, and signing off run sheets and coordinating drivers. Building strong customer relationships as well as pro-actively identifying and informing customers of any operational delays will play an integral part in this role.
- Salary - $62,550.00
- Permanent Full-time
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- 40 hours per week
- Location: East Tamaki, Auckland

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. You also bring a proactive and positive attitude and the ability to instantly build rapport with customers as well as the drivers. You're customer centric, a strong relationship builder, flexible, have high attention to detail and good time management. Extensive knowledge in scheduling and sequencing software, in particular Elemos and Circuit, will be beneficial. Experience in using MS Office especially Word and Excel are also essential for this role.
