**Data Analytics Specialist**

The purpose of this role is to provide data modelling and visualisation for the Enterprise Service Group.

Participating in business discussions to ensure a data-driven approach from end-to-end, supporting awareness and understanding of the power of data in creating a strong point of difference for our business. Analyse data from many different sources to drive optimisation and improvement of service and product development, marketing techniques and business strategy delivery while understanding key business outcomes and contributing proactively to demonstrate how data-driven insights can support the development of a hypothesis, discovery, decision, and execution of value for customers.

**Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?**
- 3+ years of analytical experience in:

- Data models and reporting packages (specifically PowerBI) and analysing large datasets
- Building, automating, and operationalising well-governed and highly engaging data visualisations
- MS Power Platform including PowerBI, Power Automate
- MS SharePoint
- Google Analytics
- PowerShell / Python (preferred)
- Effectively use workflow and knowledge management tools - contributing to the ongoing development of WNZL’s knowledge and IP through documentation, code, and active knowledge sharing
- Communication skills - excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to explain complex ideas simply to stakeholders
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques with strong attention to detail
- Ability to organise tasks and manage time to consistently deliver in a timely way
