In line with this, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a Data and Analytics Manager, a role that is crucial to steering multiple, high-impact initiatives across our transformation spectrum. This position is not just a job; it's a calling for those who are passionate about leading the charge in leveraging data to unlock new possibilities and drive significant business outcomes.

Working closely with the project leadership teams, as our Data and Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leadership of the data analytics team members, by:

- Establishing and heading the Data Governance Group, setting the gold standard in data governance to secure trust in our data assets.
- Creating synergies with Data Owners, Stewards, and business leaders to extract maximum value from our data, thereby supporting strategic initiatives and maintaining a holistic view of data across Beca.
- Directing the methodologies, models, and practices for the generation and utilization of data assets, ensuring their alignment with our analytical solutions and business needs.
- Collaborating with key figures in security, privacy, and intellectual property to guarantee that data protection is not just adhered to but optimized across all operational jurisdictions.
- Actively engaging with stakeholders to distill and prioritize business needs into actionable and impactful data analytics projects.
- Providing Championing a culture of data-driven decision-making, advancing data literacy, and building the organization's capacity for ongoing transformation.

You bring a wealth of experience in delivering solutions for data and information management across diverse projects and industries, particularly within the realm of large-scale organizations and transformative endeavors. Fueled by curiosity, you possess an adaptable mindset that empowers you to navigate changing business environments with confidence. Your strength lies in fostering collaboration and effective communication, uniting individuals to leverage the potential of data and analytics. Beyond project leadership, you excel in team nurturing and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Key qualifications and skills include:

- Proven track record in architecting and implementing comprehensive data management and analytics solutions, with a preference for those experienced in cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated ability in formulating and executing data strategies that align with and propel business objectives forward. Familiarity with specialized data sets, such as CAD and geospatial data, is highly valued.
- Exceptional team management capabilities, adept at leading diverse and cross-functional teams to innovate and excel in data system design, implementation, and utilization.
- In-depth knowledge of data architecture best practices, both in cloud-based and on-premise environments.
- A thorough understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and the technological frameworks that support data transformation.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging a wide range of stakeholders and fostering meaningful collaborations.

Your role as a Data and Analytics Manager will not only focus on harnessing data to drive strategic decisions but also on cultivating a data-driven culture within the organization. You will be instrumental in mentoring and developing your team, positioning them to achieve and exceed their goals through innovative solutions and best practices in data management.
