**Mō tēnei mahi | About this job**

Day to day, your small team of experienced ER Partners support leaders across Aotearoa with practical support and strategic advice on employment issues, dispute resolution, and collective negotiations. This allows you to balance leadership and coaching of the team with policy development, review legislative compliance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including our two union partners.

We’re an organisation that seeks to enhance the kaimahi experience and empower our people to help realise our vision, so you’ll get to contribute to the development and execution of innovative workplace strategies, working cross-functionally to bring initiatives to life.

In addition, you’ll play an instrumental role as a member of Tūmatakahuki, the regional senior leadership team who oversee regional strategies and operations.
