**The Fit**

With a proven track record of leading a team, you’ll be passionate about motivating and empowering others to achieve high performance and drive great results. You’re a strategic thinker, able to operate one step ahead to anticipate opportunities and challenges. To succeed in this role you’ll also need:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Proven 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving the customer experience
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital marketing strategies
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion rate optimisation, and UX/UI design principles
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools to extract actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, inspiring and motivating diverse teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively across all organisational levels
- Proven project management skills, adept at prioritising and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong business acumen and a customer-centric mindset
